Data processing agreements have been concluded with each of these providers. Your input is used solely to generate the requested content and is not used to train third-party AI models (in accordance with the data processing agreements with these providers).

Our website is hosted within the EEA (Hostinger, Cyprus). The app backend and various AI service providers are located in the United States. For these transfers, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Mistral/Voxtral is located in France (EEA).

Micro is an AI-powered learning platform that generates personalised audio lessons, quizzes, flashcards, exercises and learning paths using artificial intelligence. Available features depend on the chosen subscription tier (Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra). Functionality may be changed at any time.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Micro is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 16 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf where required by applicable local law.
All content in the app (text, images, logos, designs, audio, software) is owned by Micro or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
AI-generated content (roadmaps, lessons, audio, quizzes, flashcards, exercises, tutor responses) remains the property of Micro. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use this content within the app for personal learning purposes. You may not redistribute, commercially exploit or present generated content as your own work.
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, it is prohibited to:

The content generated by Micro is educational in nature and does not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.
Under European and Belgian law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law), as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you expressly agree that delivery of digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This confirmation is provided to you via your purchase confirmation (Apple/Google).
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Refund requests should be submitted through the relevant platform:

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After expiry, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You can delete your account at any time via the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

AI systems may produce errors, omit important context, or generate information that appears correct but is not. Micro is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The content available through Micro does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, veterinary, psychological, safety, emergency, or other professional advice. Micro is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You must not rely on Micro as your only source of information when making important decisions. Before acting on information provided by Micro, you are responsible for verifying the information with trusted sources and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional. You agree not to use Micro to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition, mental health condition, animal health condition, legal issue, financial decision, investment decision, safety issue, or emergency situation. If you require professional advice or emergency assistance, you should contact a qualified professional or the relevant emergency services. Micro does not guarantee that any generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, suitable, safe, or error-free. We may update, modify, remove, or restrict access to content at any time, including where we believe content may be inaccurate, unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, and act upon content provided through Micro. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Micro and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or consequence arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or your use of Micro. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If you believe any content generated by Micro is inaccurate, unsafe, harmful, misleading, or otherwise problematic, you should report it through the available in-app reporting or support channels.

Plans, features, quotas & subscription management
All prices shown below are reference prices in EUR and include applicable VAT. Apple or Google may show local currency on the payment sheet. The final price in your currency is shown at the moment of purchase (Apple / Google).
The monthly/annual toggle in the app applies to Plus and Pro only. There is no annual Ultra plan. Ultra is billed every month.

Quotas renew on a 30-day calendar-month cycle. The limits above are enforced server-side.
Each generated roadmap is subject to the following server-side maximums:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Subscriptions are purchased once from the paywall screen while you are on Free. To change plans, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel renewal, use Apple or Google subscription management — changes typically take effect at your next billing date.
Use the button in the app to open subscription settings. There you can switch plans or turn off auto-renew. You can also restore previous purchases at any time via the Restore button on the paywall.
We may update subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance via Apple or Google. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
Apple or Google bill and manage renewals. We will open subscription settings so you can turn off auto-renew. You keep paid benefits until the current period ends.
